By accessing FitGamee pages or using its services, you, as the user, are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept them, please discontinue using this service. It is your responsibility to regularly review these service terms, membership conditions, privacy policy, general site terms, and/or other terms, rules, or agreements published on this site by Adzentre Mobile Services. Continuing to use the service after any changes and performing any transactions related to the services provided shall be deemed as your acceptance of such changes.

General Information

All applications, codes, or other data obtained through electronic or physical environments, platforms, or channels owned by Adzentre Mobile Services shall be used within the scope of Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, relevant legislation, international agreements, and the usage conditions stated herein.

In order to benefit from the services provided by Adzentre Mobile Services through FitGamee, users and members must possess the necessary technical or physical requirements, infrastructure, and equipment required by the relevant channel or platform. Ensuring these requirements is the sole responsibility of the user. FitGamee and Adzentre Mobile Services shall not be held responsible in this regard. Any interruptions or issues arising from internet service providers, infrastructure, or the user shall be solely the responsibility of the user or member.

When benefiting from the services provided through FitGamee, the availability, timing, and frequency of service usage shall be determined by Adzentre Mobile Services based on the number of users, duration, and other data. FitGamee and Adzentre Mobile Services shall take the highest level of technical and/or appropriate measures deemed necessary to ensure account security. Users are primarily and directly responsible for securing their accounts and the platforms through which services are accessed. Users acknowledge that they shall have no claim against FitGamee or Adzentre Mobile Services in cases of account security issues arising otherwise.

FitGamee and Adzentre Mobile Services shall not be held responsible for any temporary or permanent loss or inaccessibility of user accounts or any elements within such accounts due to technical reasons during the provision of services.

Any use involving advertising, unfair competition, terrorism, republic, state, religion, racism, drugs, politicians, legal entities, pornographic content, offensive language, harassment of other users, or insults to Atatürk’s legacy is prohibited and constitutes a violation of this agreement. In such cases, the user may be temporarily or permanently restricted from accessing the services, and any related content, materials, or data created by the user may be shared with official authorities upon request.

FitGamee and Adzentre Mobile Services are only responsible, to the extent technically possible, for removing unlawful content from accounts or accessible environments and shall not be liable to the account owner for such actions. User information may be shared with prosecutorial or law enforcement authorities upon proper legal request. In disputes between users and FitGamee regarding service usage, Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction.

Users agree that notifications and promotions regarding new products/services, promotions, and campaigns may be sent via email and/or SMS by FitGamee, Adzentre Mobile Services, or its business partners. Users also accept that such messages are sent with their consent and do not constitute unlawful storage or misuse of personal data.

FitGamee is a subscription-based content service owned by Adzentre Mobile Services and compatible with phones, tablets, and computers that support HTML5 services.

Users may access the service via Wi-Fi and/or mobile internet. If accessing via mobile internet, data usage fees will be charged according to operator tariffs.

Membership Information

Service Start: Users may access the service via mobile internet or Wi-Fi.
